Knightkote Matte FAQ
What is Knightkote Matte?
Knightkote Matte Text and Cover and Knightkote Matte Return Card are machine-coated
two-side matte-finish sheets. Knightkote Matte Text and Cover are run to basis
weight and Return Card is run to caliper.
Is Knightkote Matte acid free?
Yes.
Is Knightkote Matte of archival quality?
Yes. Knightkote Matte complies with ANSI standard Z39.48 and is of archival quality.
Is Knightkote Matte Recycled?
Yes. Knightkote Matte contains 50% recycled fiber content with 30% post-consumer
fiber.
Is Knightkote Matte chlorine free?
The virgin fibers we use are elemental chlorine free but the secondary fibers
used in Knightkote Matte may not be.
Is Knightkote Matte lignin free?
Our sheets contain no groundwood. However, trace amounts of lignin may be present
due to the secondary fibers (post-consumer content fibers) used in manufacturing
our recycled content grades.
Do we emboss Knightkote Matte?
Yes. Knightkote Matte Textures offers four embossed patterns. Please contact
your field sales representative for additional embossed patterns.
Do we laminate/duplex?
We can laminate/duplex most of our products. Please contact your field sales
representative for minimums and pricing.
Which Knightkote Matte Papers are suitable for laser printing?
Knightkote Matte Cover is suitable for laser printing.
